• Avoid shaving at mobile barbers.
• Ensure that the barber wears a face mask and sanitizes their hands before shaving.
• Use new disposable shaving tools such as razors, especially razors, combs, towels, and others.

• Ensure to drink adequate amounts of water.
• Follow a healthy and balanced diet.
• Get enough rest.
• Make sure to take your prescribed medications regularly and store them in a safe place away from heat and humidity.
• Carry a medical card or medical report (indicating the patient's condition and medications).
• Immediately visit the nearest health facility if you experience:
• Any chest pain
• Shortness of breath
• Dizziness and unsteadiness
• Excessive sweating
